Personal Effectiveness

I have reached a point in my career where more empathy is required, but how and where to find it? How can I communicate more clearly what my priorities are without being pushy? How can I show more seniority and leadership? How can I increase my team's level of commitment towards the chosen direction? 

Just some questions which can be the start of a coaching series. In my coaching to (senior) management I recognize one's core qualities and the way to maximise their effect in a productive manner. It sometimes requires to search underneath the surface and look for barriers that prevent those core qualities to be expressed freely, sometimes the answers to growth are much nearer the surface.

My coaching style can be described as friendly perseverance; in which I value the authenticity of a person, the talents and own will they bring to the table, where at the same time, I place those attributes in the context of work and colleagues. In this way, coaching becomes a process of growth which fully connects with work environment and coaching need, leading to direct and positive results.
