What I admire in René's way of training and coaching is his ability to be gentle and powerful at the same time. He is present in a considerate and frank manner, while simultaneously firmly leading the conversation. In the SHE Site team operational leaders of SABIC and our main contractors discuss SHE issues. Despite the potential power of this meeting, it didn't really come out. René helped us to bring more structure and result orientation to this meeting. Partly because of his methods and partly because of his interventions on a personal level and spot-on observations with regard to group dynamics.
